METHOD FOR TREATING ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS COMPLICATED WITH PERITONITIS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH HEART FAILURE OF ISCHEMIC ORIGIN

A method for treating acute cholecystitis complicated with peritonitis in elderly patients with heart failure of ischemic origin includes laparoscopy, the aspiration of the peritoneal fluid, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the sanitization of the inflammatory focus, and the drainage of the abdominal cavity. Following the sanitization of the inflammatory foci with physiological saline, the irrigation with therapeutic bacteriophage in a volume of 50-100 mL is provided. The abdominal cavity is drained. Postoperatively, bacteriophage is administered fractionally in a volume of 20 mL every 8 hours through the drainages pinching the drainages for one hour followed by the passive aspiration.
