鼓室注射甲基强的松龙联合改善微循环药物综合治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy in patients with sudden deafness by tympanic injection of methylprednisolone combination drug therapy of microcirculation.Methods:120 cases of patients with sudden deafness in our hospital,admitted time in February 2013 to January 2016 between.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group),60 cases of patients in each group,respectively.Control group was given on the basis of the microcirculation of methylprednisolone intravenous treatment,observation group received methylprednisolone treatment on the basis of the tympanic injection on microcirculation of therapeutic effects were compared with the poor reaction conditions.Results:(1)Observation group total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60)in the control group,the total effective rate was 78.33%(47/60),comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment in two groups,no serious adverse events.Conclusion:The patients with sudden deafness tympanic injection of methylprednisolone therapy microcirculation,help to improve clinical efficiency,and promote the patient's condition improved as soon as possible,worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨突发性耳聋患者经鼓室注射甲基强的松龙联合改善微循环药物综合治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年2月～2016年1月收治的突发性耳聋患者120例，将患者随机分为两组（对照组与观察组），每组60例。对照组在改善微循环的基础上给予甲基强的松龙静脉滴注治疗，观察组在改善微循环的基础上给予甲基强的松龙鼓室注射治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果：（1）观察组总有效率为96.67%（58/60），对照组总有效率为78.33%（47/60），对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）两组患者用药后，均无严重不良反应发生。结论：突发性耳聋患者采用鼓室注射甲基强的松龙联合改善微循环药物治疗，有利于提高临床治疗有效率，促进患者病情尽早改善。
