舒筋活血汤对慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效及对TNF-α、IL-1β因子的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate efficiency of Shujinhuoxue Decoction on chronic traumatic knee joint synovitis and its influence for TNF-α and IL-1β.Methods:102 cases of chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to June 2016.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table:control group (n =40) with local Red Flower Oil coating combined with sodium hyaluronate,and combined with functional exercise therapy;study group (n =62) with Shujinhuoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.4 weeks for the 1 course of treatment.The cytokine levels and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Results:After a course of treatment,the study group of TNF-α and IL-1 β decreased significantly greater than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);activity research group pain score and tenderness points were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the study group the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shujinhuoxue Decoction can significantly reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in patients with chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint,improve the symptoms of joint pain,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.%目的:探讨舒筋活血汤治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效及其对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响.方法:选取2014年12月～2016年6月来我院治疗的102例慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(n=40)采用局部正红花油外涂联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,并配合功能锻炼治疗;研究组(n=62)在对照组的基础上加用舒筋活血汤治疗.4周为一疗程.比较两组治疗前及治疗4周的细胞因子水平及临床治疗的总有效率.结果:治疗一疗程后,研究组TNF-α、IL-1β下降幅度明显大于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组活动痛积分及压痛积分均显著降低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:舒筋活血汤可显著降低慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者的TNF-α、IL-1β水平,改善关节疼痛症状,提高治疗的总有效率.
