舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理的应用评价

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing mode in emergency nursing care of children with acute asthma,and the satisfaction of family members.Methods:104 cases of acute asthma in children according to the nursing mode were divided into control group (52 cases) and study group (52 cases),the control group underwent routine emergency nursing,study group underwent comfortable nursing,compared two groups of clinical symptoms disappeared time,satisfaction of the treatment compliance of the children and their families.Results:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The treatment compliance and family satisfaction were significantly higher in the study ~oup than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The comfort care model can promote the treatment effect and prognosis of children,the family satisfaction.%目的:探究舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理的应用效果、依从性及家属满意度.方法:104例急性哮喘(AA)患儿按护理模式分成对照组(52例)与研究组(52例),对照组行常规急诊护理,研究组行舒适护理模式,对比两组临床症状消失时间、患儿治疗依从性及家属满意度.结果:研究组临床症状消失时间比对照组显著缩短(P＜0.05),研究组治疗依从性、家属满意度显著高于对照组,P＜0.05.结论:舒适护理模式可促进患儿治疗效果及预后提升,家属满意度增加.
