阿加曲班+脑保护剂治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果

摘要

目的:探讨阿加曲班+脑保护剂治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的安全性和有效性.方法:120例缺血性脑卒中患者用随机数字表法随机分入3组,各40例,A组:阿司匹林治疗;B组:阿加曲班组;C组:阿加曲班+神经节苷脂治疗.比较两组的各项指标.结果:B组与C林组比较在早期7d、14d的神经功能缺损的改善方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);C组在治疗7d、14d的神经功能缺损和90d时日常生活能力的改善作用显著高于A组(P＜0.01)和B维(P＜0.05).结论:阿加盐班+脑保护剂治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,改善近期神经功能缺损和90d日常生活能力的疗效优于单用阿司匹林或阿加曲班序贯阿司匹林治疗方案.%Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Argatroban + brain protector agent in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:120 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 3 groups,each of 40 cases,A group:aspirin therapy;B group:Argatroban group;C group:Argatroban + ganglioside treatment.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:B group and C group compared the differences in forest neurological deficit early on the 7 day and the 14 day of the improvement was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);C group in neurologic impairment after 7 days,14 days and 90 days of daily life ability improvement effect was higher than that in A group (P ＜ 0.01) and B group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Argatroban + brain protective agent in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,improve the treatment of aspirin or aspirin alone argatroban sequential effect in the near future neurological deficits and daily life ability is better than 90 days.
