抗生素合理应用情况分析与循证药学的应用价值研究#

摘要

目的:对抗生素合理应用的情况以及循证药学指导抗生素用药的应用价值进行分析.方法:本研究纳入我院呼吸内科门诊/住院部收治患者100例,随机分组.对照组按常规方法用药,观察组按循证药学方法用药,对比应用效果.结果:观察组用药3d后治疗有效率为46.00％,用药5d后治疗有效率为68.00％,用药7d后治疗有效率为96.00％,均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:以循证药学为依据指导抗生素药物临床应用能够显著缩短抗生素药物起效时间,提高治疗疗效,降低抗生素药物使用时间,促进临床合理用药.%Objective:To analyze the rational application of antibiotics and the application value of antibiotic drug administration by evidence-based medicine.Methods:100 patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Department of Respiratory Medicine,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by conventional method,and the observation group was treated by evidence-based medicine.Contrast application effects.Results:The effective rate was 46.00％ in the observation group and 68.00％ in the treatment group after 5 days.The effective rate was 96.00％ significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It is worthy to pay attention to the clinical application of antibiotic drugs based on evidence-based medicine,which can shorten the onset time of antibiotics,improve the curative effect,decrease the time of antibiotics and promote the rational use of antibiotics.
