门诊抗菌药物处方点评与不合理用药处方研究

摘要

目的:了解门诊抗菌药物处方应用情况,对不合理用药处方进行分析.方法:抽查我院门诊自2016年1～6月所开具的抗菌药物处方共2 000张作为调查对象.研究了处方中各类抗菌药物应用情况、不合理处方及其原因进行统计.结果:头孢菌素类抗菌药物应用频次为1 280次,占64.00％,显著高于其他类别使用比例,差异有统计学意义(P＜0 05).用药方案不当占不合理用药处方构成比为70.48％,占抽查构成7.40％,显著高于其他不合理用药因素,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:我院门诊抗菌药物处方使用情况基本合理,但仍需高度重视,纠正和避免不合理用药,以提高抗菌药物使用的安全性水平.%Objective:To study the prescription of antimicrobial drugs in out-patient clinic and analyze the prescriptions of irrational drug use.Methods:A total of 2 000 prescriptions of antimicrobial agents were collected from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital.In this study,2 000 antimicrobial prescriptions of various types of antimicrobial agents in the application and unreasonable prescription and the reasons for statistics.Results:The frequency of cephalosporin antibiotics was 1 280 times,accounting for 64.00％ (1 280/2 000),which was significantly higher than that of other antibiotics (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.(148.210),accounting for 7.40％ (148/2 000) of prescriptions,which was significantly higher than that of other irrational drug use (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant Significance.Conclusion:The prescriptions of antimicrobial agents in outpatient department of our hospital are basically reasonable.However,it is still necessary to pay great attention to and correct the irrational drug use,and to avoid the irrational use of drugs as much as possible to improve the safety of antimicrobial use.
