Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of CTOP regimen and CHOP regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:40 cases of elderly patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma by computer random grouping the 40 cases of elderly non Hodgkin lymphoma patients were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each,the control group was treated with CHOP chemotherapy,the observation group adopted CTOP regimen.The treatment group of two patients underwent 4 cycles of chemotherapy,after the end of treatment,compared two groups of patients with objective response rate and incidence of cardiac toxicity,and the patients were followed up for a period of 2 years,the statistics of the two groups of patients 2 year survival rate.Results:The objective response rate of the observation group was 75％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of cardiac toxicity in the observation group was 5 ％,which was significandy lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The 2 year survival rate of the observation group was 55％,and the survival rate of the control group was 50％,the difference was not statistically significantin the control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma,compared with CHOP chemotherapy regimen,the short-term efficacy of CTOP chemotherapy regimen is more significant,which can effectively reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs to the heart.%目的:探讨CTOP化疗方案与CHOP化疗方案治疗老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的临床效果.方法:40例老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者采取计算机随机分组法将这40例老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者分为对照组和观察组,各20例,对照组采取CHOP方案进行化疗,观察组采取CTOP方案进行化疗.两组患者均进行4个化疗周期的治疗,治疗结束后,对比两组患者的客观缓解率、心脏毒性反应发生率,并对患者进行为期2年的随访观察,统计这两组患者的2年存活率.结果:观察组的客观缓解率为75％,较之对照组明显更高(P＜0.05).观察组的心脏毒性反应发生率为5％,较之对照组明显更低(P＜0.05).观察组的2年存活率为55％,对照组的2年存活率为50％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:在老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床治疗中,与CHOP化疗方案相比,CTOP化疗方案的近期疗效更为显著,能够有效减轻化疗药物对心脏的毒性反应.
