结肠黑变病42例内镜检查与相关致病因素分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the related pathogenic factors in patients with melanosis coli.Methods:Observe the features of endoscopy in 42 cases of patients with colon black lesions under the analysis of factors related to the occurrence of patients with melanosis coli.Results:Ⅰ melanosis coliendoscopic intestinal mucosa was brown,patchy lesions is limited;Ⅱ is dark brown,in the left half colon or a colon;Ⅲ is black and brown,found in the whole colon.Melanosis coli occurred and there was significant correlation between patients taking laxative dose and time.Conclusion:Melanosis coli disease and constipation,patients with diarrhea was significantly associated.%目的:分析结肠黑变病患者的相关致病因素.方法:观察42例结肠黑病变患者的内镜下的表现特征,分析导致患者发生结肠黑变病的相关因素.结果:Ⅰ度结肠黑变病内镜下肠黏膜呈浅褐色,斑片状,病变多较局限;Ⅱ度为暗黑褐色,多见于左半结肠或某一段结肠上;Ⅲ度为深黑褐色,见于全结肠.结肠黑变病的发生与患者服用泻药的剂量、时间有明显相关性.结论:结肠黑变病患者病变与便秘、腹泻存在明显相关性.
