农村社区全科医学科研工作探索

摘要

为了探讨农村社区全科医学科研工作的途径,提高农村社区卫生服务工作水平和质量.以浙江西部衢州市开化县的农村社区为实例,开展农村社区全科医学科研工作的实践.以农村社区全科医学的实际工作为切人点,开展科研工作的实践,取得多项成果.开化县的农村社区开展全科医学科研显示了极大的效益潜力,科研与工作产生互动效应,有利于全科医学人才队伍的成长,农村社区卫生服务工作质量的提升.%To discuss research topic selection of basic general medicea and the implementation of the project,so as to improve health service level and quality in rural communities,the case of Kaihua County in the western zhejiang Quzhou city was explored.The case showed that research topic selection and project implementation of general medicine is feasible and fruitful in rural communities.And it is beneficial to advance growth of talents general medicine and improve the quality of rural community health service.
