Critical thinking refers to a series of thinking sills and strategies for making reasonable decision when people facing problems such as what to do or believe, which is not only a kind of thinking process, but also a kind of ability. Critical thinking is the core and essence of the spirit of innovation and is the important foundation of innovation capacity. The cultivation of the students' critical thinking ability is the goal of medical education development and the basic tasks, which has been accepted by international education circles. The experimental course of medical physics is an effective way to realize the cultivation of critical thinking. In this article, six teaching reform measures were put forward according to the practical teaching environment of local medical colleges, including: design questioning strategies and guide students adapt to cooperative learning; pay attention to showing the process of critical thinking, enable students to have direct feelings; impart learning strategies to students and teach them how to finish the task of experiment; highlights the students' individual contributions in the experiment and provide a good atmosphere of competition by fanning out from point to area; guide students to learn from mistakes and cultivate the critical thinking spirit; find new way of examination and evaluation. The implementation of the above measures resulted in the change of students' learning notions and promoted the enhancement of students' critical thinking ability.%批判性思维是指人类面对“做什么”或“相信什么”而作出合理性决定的一系列思考技能和策略,它既是一种思维过程,又是一种能力素质.批判性思维是创新精神的核心实质,批判思维技能是创新能力的重要基础.培养学生的批判性思维能力是国际教育界业已达成的共识,是医学教育发展的目标和基本任务.医学物理学实验教学是批判性思维培养的重要途径之一,本文结合地方医学院校的实际教学环境,以批判性思维培养为导向,提出了六项实验教学改革措施,包括:设计提问策略,引导学生合作学习;教师点评时注意展现批判性思维,有理有据,使学生对批判性思维有直观感受;强化实验课程学习策略的传授,教会学生“做”实验;突出学生个体贡献,以点带面,形成争先创优的学习氛围；引导学生从错误中获得经验,培养学生的批判性思维精神；改革实验考核方式.上述措施的实施改变了学生的学习理念,有力促进了学生批判性思维能力的提高.
