分析了我国人群心理健康状况，探讨了省级精神专科医院图书馆为患者免费开展阅读疗法的可行性以及开展阅读疗法的方法和措施。%The mental health situation in Chinese populations was analyzed, followed by an elaboration on the feasibility, methods and measures to carry out free-reading therapy in provincial mental disease hospital libraries.
