基于三维几何模型的人脑解剖知识可视表示

         

摘要

Objective To implement the visible representation of anatomy knowledge of human brain based on the 3D geometric model. Methods A 3D geometric model of human brain was built up based on the successive slice images of human brain, which were selected from the Chinese Visible Human dataset, by using ray casting composite algorithm. An anatomic knowledge database was also established, referring to Foundational Model of Anatomy (FMA). Then the mutual mapping mechanism between the 3D geometric model and entries in the knowledge database was built, according to the nature of structured volume data field constructed from 2D successive cross-section images. Finally, the platform for visible representation of brain anatomy knowledge of human based on the 3D geometric model was developed in Visual C+ + and the VTK software. Results Such a platform had been realized successfully, which could demonstrate structures in human brain distinctly, and also display the 3D geometric model, 2D slice images and anatomy knowledge synchronously. Conclusion Combined with the symbolic anatomy knowledge, the 3D geometric model of human brain can better satisfy the relevant study and clinical application of human brain, which may provide helpful references and successful experiences for further integration of knowledge of human brain in other aspects.%目的 实现基于三维几何模型的人脑解剖知识可视表示.方法 选用中国数字化可视人体数据集中的脑部连续切片图像,采用光线投射合成算法建立人脑三维体绘制模型;参考美国的解剖学基本模型,建立人脑解剖知识库;通过分析二维连续切片图像构成的三维规则体数据场的性质,建立三维几何模型与解剖知识的相互映射机制;最后以Visu-a1 C++为开发工具,结合可视化类库VTK,开发基于三维几何模型的人脑解剖知识可视表示.结果 成功构建了基于三维几何模型的人脑解剖知识可视表示平台,可清晰显示人脑各个解剖结构,并实现三维几何模型、二维切片图像及解剖知识的同步展示.结论 结合符号化解剖知识的人脑三维几何模型可更好地满足人脑相关研究与临床应用的需要,研究结果可为进一步整合人脑其他方面的知识信息提供有益的参考与借鉴.
