高校师资队伍学缘结构不合理现象在民族地区高校中普遍存在.通过调查问卷、实地考察和比较分析等方法,以右江民族医学院为研究对象,对民族地区高校师资队伍的学缘结构现状进行了分析,提出了优化学缘结构的具体措施.%Unreasonable structure of teachers' educational background is widely existed in multi-national area universities. In order to improve the educational administration, teaching quality and scientific research level, the author made a study on this matter through questionnaire, on-spot investigation and comparative analysis based on Youjiang Nationality Medical College. Some suggestions were also proposed.
