宋代医学人才培养研究

摘要

两宋时期,理学思想和传统的伦理道德渗透在医学教育中,影响着医学人才的培养.本文通过对医学生医德、医术、心态、自学以及质疑创新能力等方面的培养,揭示了两宋时期以德才兼备作为医学人才培养的首要任务,从医学人才整体发展来培养德才兼备的优秀医学人才.%In Song Dynasty,neo-confucianism and traditional ethics are penetrated in medical education,impacting on the training of medical personnel.Based on the cultivation of such qualities as medical ethics,medical skill,mentality,self-study,and question innovation ability,this paper tries to reveal that in Song Dynasty the cultivation of medical personnel takes both ability and political integrity as the primary task of cultivating qualified personnel,focusing on the overall development of medical personnel.
