双导师制在麻醉学专业研究生培养中的应用

摘要

通过分析麻醉学专业研究生知识结构的特点和现行麻醉学专业研究生培养模式存在的问题,探讨实行临床和基础双导师制培养麻醉学专业研究生的具体方式;讨论了双导师制对于完善研究生知识结构、提高其整体素质、培养其综合运用知识和重组知识的能力以及科研能力和创新能力的重要作用;强调了进行研究生培养模式改革所具有的现实和长远意义.%This paper aims to explore a new educational model for graduates with anesthesia specialty through performing clinical and basic medical double tutorial system.By analyzing the characteristics in knowledge structure and problems in cultivation model,this article discusses the important actions of double tutorial system on improving graduate students'personnel quality,training innovative and scienthqc abilities,emphasizing the remote meaning of performing the reform of cultivation model in graduates students
