Formation of communicative ability has internality and chronicity. Currently, eval-uation methods for medical students' communicative skills include examination, questionnaire, and comprehensive evaluation. Each has its own merits and drawbacks. As an alternative, this paper pro-posed to construct student archives for evaluation of communicative skills and opted for a comprehen-sive mode, based on students' self-assessment, guided by the teacher, and combined with patients' assessment.%沟通能力的形成具有内在性和长期性。目前对医学生沟通能力的评价方式主要有考试评价、量表评价、综合评价,这些评价方式各有优劣。要科学、客观地对医学生沟通能力进行评价,应建立医学生沟通能力评价档案,采用教师评价为主导、自我评价为主线、患者评价相结合的综合评价方式。
