医学院校教学督导工作的创新

摘要

构建学校内部的质量监控体系是提高教学质量的重要措施,教学督导是完善教学质量体系的重要环节.结合天津医科大学教学督导制度的实践经验,介绍校、院、室三级联动机制,督导工作的过程管理,督导内容创新以及督导工作的效果和意义.%Constructing internal quality control system is an important measure to improve teaching quality in the universities.Teaching supervision plays an important role in the teaching quality guaranteeing system.This article introduced and summarized the practice of teaching supervision in Tianjin Medical University including the establishment of three-leveled teaching supervision,emphasis of process management,innovation,significance and achievements of teaching supervision.
