桂林医学院卫生事业管理专业实践教学创新模式探讨

摘要

卫生事业管理专业的实践教学一直存在诸多困境:一是学校在培养模式上混乱,缺乏明确的专业定位;二是课程体系设置繁杂,理论与实验教学相脱节;三是缺乏稳定的、专业性的实践教学平台.桂林医学院在综合借鉴多个高校办学经验的基础上,通过设置创新实践课程群、联合社区卫生机构构建实践平台等路径,为当前卫生事业管理专业实践教学创新提供参考.%There are so many difficulties in the practical teaching of professional health management.Firstly,many of the colleges' training modes are in chaos,lack of a definite professional orientation.Secondly,course system is miscellaneous and theory is out of line with practice.Lastly,there is a lack of stable and professional practice teaching platform.Guilin Medical College provides an innovative mode by means of setting up innovative practice curriculum group,and uniting community health service to construct practice platform,which can be reference for the current health management professional practice teaching innovation.
