统一隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染（occult hepatitis B virus infection，OBI）的检测和判定标准已成为临床应用实践中面对的重要课题之一，尤其应进一步对OBI的分子机制及分子模式发生频率的不同进行细致、深入的探究，为更进一步阐明OBI的临床及公共卫生学价值奠定基础，OBI的检测具有积极的现实意义和深远的临床实践意义。%Uniifcation of detection methods and diagnostic criteria of occult hepatitis B virus infection (OBI) have become an important research issue. Further research on its molecular mechanism and the frequency of occurrence of different molecular patterns were needed in order to lay the foundation for further clariifcation in clinical and public health. The detection of OBI has a positive practical signiifcance and far-reaching clinical signiifcance.
