碳青酶烯耐药的革兰阴性菌在全球范围内的广泛传播已经成为了重大的公众健康问题,与其他耐药机制不同,细菌产生碳青霉烯酶的编码基因大多存在于可移动的基因元件上,极大地加速了碳青霉烯耐药菌的产生,也给临床治疗和感染控制带来了严竣的挑战.Carba NP试验是一种非常可靠,而且简单、快速、经济的碳青霉烯酶的检测方法,尤其是对Ambler A类及B类酶具有非常好的特异性.这对指导临床治疗、临床抗菌药物使用管理及控制耐药性的传播都具有非常重要的意义.%The worldwide spread of carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria has become a major threat to public health.Being different from other resistance mechanism,most of the carbapenemase-encoding genes are located on mobile genetic elements.It speeds up the emerging of carbapenem-resistant strains and impose severe challenges to clinical treatment and infection control.The Carba NP test is a rapid,reliable and economical method for detection of carbapenemases.In particular,the method has superior specificity to Ambler classes A and B carbapenemases.Application of this rapid carbapenemase-detection assay will benefit clinical practice,antibiotic stewardship and prevention for the development of nosocomial resistant bacteria.
