外泌体在乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘要

Exosomes are small (30 -100 nm) membrane vesicles secreted by various cell types , they mediate cell-to-cell communication by transferring mRNAs , miRNAs, and proteins.As a hotspot in the research of oncology , exosomes have potential values in the research of development , diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This paper briefly reviews the relationship between breast cancer microenvironment , drug resistance and exosomes and its progress in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment , in order to propose new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies .%外泌体是由不同类型细胞释放的膜性囊泡，直径约30～100 nm，能够通过mRNAs、miRNAs和蛋白质等的传递介导细胞间相互作用。外泌体作为肿瘤学研究的热点，其在肿瘤发生、发展、临床诊断和治疗方面具有重要的研究价值。本文对外泌体与乳腺癌微环境、耐药的关系及其在乳腺癌诊断和治疗中的研究进展进行综述，以期为寻找乳腺癌诊断与治疗新靶点提供思路。（中华检验医学杂志，2016，39：466－469）
