Objective To study the fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and its type 1 receptor (FGFR1) ，type 2 receptor (FGFR2) in the expression of endometrial cancer organizations and their clinical significance .Methods A pplication immunohistochemistry LDP two foot work ，detection three proteins of bFGF ，FGFR1 ，FGFR2 in normal endometrium organization ，atypical hyperplasia endometrial ，endometrial cancer organizations expression .Results bFGF ，FGFR1 ，FGFR2 in endometrial cancer tissue of integral light density (IOD ) expression rate for average respectively 163 .32 ± 24 .7 、153 .86 ± 23 .48 、174 .25 ± 42 .15 ，compared with normal endometrium organization ，(74 .45 ± 12 .53 、78 .45 ± 14.21 、83 .32 ± 12 .42) and atypical hyperplasia endom etrial (112 .34 ± 26 .8 、109 .06 ±24.43 、114 .43 ± 21 .48)was statistically significant difference ( P ＜ 0 .05) .The protein of BFG F ，FGFR1 and FGFR2 expression with patients age ，the clinical stages has no obvious statistical significance ( P ＞ 0 .05) .G3 poorly differentiated endometrial cancer organizations expression quantity was significantly higher than the G2 moderately differentiated endometrial cancer ，G1 well-differentiated endometrial cancer groups ( P ＜ 0 .05) .Conclusion buff ，FGFR1 ，FGFR2 was high expression in endometrial cancer ；protein of BFGF ，FGFR1 and FGFR2 expression strength and endometrial cancer are positively correlated with differentiation ；while there was no correlation with patient's age and the clinical stages .%目的 探讨成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF )及其1型受体(FGFR1)、2型受体(FGFR2)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法,检测bFGF、FGFR1和FGFR2三种蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织、非典型增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平.结果 研究可见在子宫内膜癌组织中bFGF、FGFR1和FGFR2的积分光密度(IOD)表达率平均为163.32±24.7、153.86±23.48、174.25±42.15,与正常子宫内膜组织(74.45±12.53、78.45±14.21、83.32±12.42)、非典型增生子宫内膜(112.34±26.8、109.06±24.43、114.43±21.48)比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).bFGF、FGFR1和FGFR2蛋白表达患者年龄、临床分期无明显的统计学意义(P＞0.05).G3低分化子宫内膜癌组织的表达量明显高于G2中分化子宫内膜癌、G1高分化子宫内膜癌高分化组(P＜0.05).结论 bFGF、FGFR1、FGFR2在子宫内膜癌中高表达;bFGF、FGFR1和FGFR2蛋白的表达强度与子宫内膜癌分化均呈正相关;而与患者年龄、临床分期无明显相关性.
