目的 探讨胃癌组织中EGFR、HER2、VEGF的表达特点及影响其表达的相关病理学因素.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测221例胃癌组织中EGFR、HER2、VEGF的表达,并结合其临床病理特点进行分析.结果 EGFR、HER2、VEGF在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率依次为87/221(39.4%),86/221(38.9%),111/221(50.2%),三者的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小无关,而与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期密切相关.结论 EGFR、HER2、VEGF的表达参与胃癌的生长、侵袭和转移过程.三者的联合检测可作为判断胃癌预后、筛选高危转移患者的有效指标;同时,也可用于指导胃癌的靶向药物的选择.%Objective To detect the characteristics of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR),human epidermal receptor-2 (HER2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in gastic carcinoma tumor tissues ,and to analyze their related fac-tors .Methods 221 patients with gastic carcinoma were randomly selected ,to detect EGFR ,HER2 and VEGF protein expression .And their corresponding clinical data were analysed retrospectively .Results The expression rates of EGFR ,HER2 and VEGF protein in CRC tumour tissue were 87/221(39 .4％ ) ,86/221(38 .9％ ) ,111/221(50 .2％ ) .Positive rates of EGFR ,HER2 and VEGF protein were closely relevant to the tumour size ,TNM ,histology grade ;but not to the patient's sex ,age ,tumor site .Conclusion The present study demonstrates that the EGFR ,HER2 and VEGF expression participate in the development ,invasion and metastasis process of gas-tic cancer .Their joint detection can be looked as an important symbol for judging the prognosis of gastic cancer screening the high-risk metastasis patients and guiding the molecular targeting therapy of gastic cancer .
