Objective To explore the expression of AR and HGF in colorectal tissue of colorectal cancer, and analyze the relationship bewtcen the AR and HGF expression and colorectal cancer occuring、dcvclopmcnt and liver metastasis. Methods 207 colorcctal cancer patients were recruited, the expression of AR and HGF was detected byimmunohisto-chcmical method,the data was analyzed by software SPSS16. 0. Results Exprcssion of AR and HGF in colorcctal cancer was relevant with clinic-pathologic characteristic including size, infiltration depth,TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and liver mctastasis(P<0. 05), while it was irrelevant with age, scx,location(P>0. 05). The expression of AR in colorcctal cancer was corclativc with that of HGF(r=0. 681 ,P<0. 01). Conclusion The high expression of AR and HGF in colorcctal cancer is corclativc and associated with carcinogcncsis,development and liver metastasis in colorcctal cancer.%目的 探讨双向调节因子(AR)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发生、发展和肝转移的关系.方法 对来源于207例大肠癌病例的癌组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测AR和HGF的表达水平.结果 AR和HGF的表达均与大肠癌瘤体大小、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肝转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、部位无关(P>0.05).AR和HGF在大肠癌的表达有中度相关(r=0.681,P<0.01).结论 AR和HGF的过度表达在大肠癌的发病过程中具有协同效应,二者联合检测对大肠癌的发生、发展和肝转移有重要意义.
