Ezrin 和 E-cadherin 在宫颈癌中的表达及其相关性探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate Ezrin and E-cadherin expression in cervical carcinoma and their correlation. Methods 50 patients of cervical carcinoma were randomly selected as cervical carcinoma group (A group),50 patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)were selected as CIN group (B group)and 50 patients of normal cervical tis-sues were selected as control group (group C).Using immunohistochemical method (S-P method)to test the Ezrin and E-cadherin’s expression and the expression with the clinical data for statistical analysis.Results The positive expres-sion of Ezrin and E-cadherin in A,B,C groups were respectively 74%,36%,18% and 32%,64%,90%,comparison be-tween groups with statistical difference (P < 0.05);Erzin and E-cadherin expression in cervical cancer tissues and tis-sue differentiation and lymph node metastasis was significantly associated with (P < 0.05);negatively correlated with expression of Erzin and E-cadherin in cervical cancer (R=0.393,P <0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin can promote the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,can be used as a preliminary prediction in-dex of prognosis of cervical cancer.%目的：探讨 Ezrin 和 E-cadherin 在宫颈癌中的表达情况及其相关性。方法随机选择的50例宫颈癌组织作为宫颈癌组（A 组）、50例宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）组织作为 CIN 组（B 组）以及50例正常宫颈组织作为对照组（C组），用免疫组织化学法（S-P 法）进行 Ezrin 和 E-cadherin 的表达情况检测。并将表达情况与临床资料进行统计分析。结果 Ezrin 和 E-cadherin 在 A、B、C 三组中的阳性表达率分别为74．0％、36．0％、18．0％和32．0％、64．0％、90．0％，组间比较具有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）；Erzin 和 E-cadherin 在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达与组织分化程度和淋巴结转移具有显著相关性（P ＜0．05）；Erzin 和 E-cadherin 在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关（r ＝－0．393，P ＜0．05）。结论 Ezrin及 E-cadherin 的异常表达共同促进了肿瘤细胞的浸润及转移，可以作为初步预测宫颈癌预后的指标。
