血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与2型糖尿病及并发糖尿病肾病的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)与单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)及糖尿病性肾病(DN)的相关性。方法收集健康者(对照组)54例、2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)73例和糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)73例的相关资料,并测定其血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、肌酐(Cre)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)含量以及24小时尿蛋白定量(24 h U-Pro),并进行比较分析。结果与健康对照组相比,T2DM组GGT、ALT、AST水平和FPG明显升高(P<0.05),DN组的各项观察指标均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);与 T2DM组相比,DN组 ALT、AST水平无明显差异(P>0.05),而 SOD、GSH明显降低(P<0.05),其它指标均明显升高(P<0.05)。T2DM患者血清 GGT水平与FPG、AST、ALT具有相关性,其中与 FPG关系最密切(r=0.927);DN 患者 GGT水平与所有检测指标均具有相关性,其中与24 h U-Pro关系最密切(r=0.973)。结论血清 GGT与T2DM、DN有一定相关性,可能是导致这两种疾病发生的危险因素。%Objective To investigate the correlations between serum gamma glutamyltransferase (GGT)and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)complicated with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods The informationof healthy people (Control group)54 cases,type 2 diabetic mellitus patients (T2DMgroup)73 cases and diabetic nephropathy patients (DN group)73 cases was collected.The serum levels of gammaglutamyltranspeptidase (GGT),alanine aminotrans-ferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione (GSH),8-hydroxy deoxy guanosine (8-OHdG),creatinine (CRE),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),uric acid (UA)and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) were detected and 24 h urinary protein (24 h U-Pro)was determinedquantitatively.Finally,thedata of three groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the Control group,the levels of GGT,ALT,AST and FPG were significantly higher in the T2DM group(P<0.05),and allthe observation indexes of DN group were significantly higher than those in Con-trol group;compared with the T2DM group,AST,ALT levels of DN groupwere not significantly different(P>0.05), while SOD and GSH were significantly lower(P<0.05),and other indexes were significantly higher(P<0.05).The level of GGT in T2DM group was correlated with FPG,AST and ALT,which is most closely related to FPG (r=0.927);The level of GGT in DNgroup was correlated with all the observation indexes,which is most closely related to 24h U-Pro FPG (r=0.973).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between serum GGT and T2DM complicated with DN,which may be the risk factors of these two diseases.
