联合检测缺血性脑卒中患者血清Hcy和NSE水平与神经功能缺损程度的关系研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Hcy and NSE levels in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 65 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were se-lected,and 70 healthy people were taken as control group.The levels of Hcy and NSE in two groups were detected.Re-sults The levels of Hcy and NSE in serum of patients with ischemic stroke were (24.8±7.6)μmol/L and (20.3± 3.0)μg/L,significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion the level of Hcy and NSE is closely related to the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.Com-bined detection of Hcy and NSE in the prevention and diagnosis of ischemic stroke.%目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的关系.方法 选择我院2014年3月-2015年10月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者65例病例组,以同期健康体检人群70例作为对照组,检测两组人群的Hcy和NSE水平变化.结果 缺血性脑卒中患者组Hcy和NSE水平分别为(24.8±7.6)μmol/L和(20.3±3.0)μg/L,明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Hcy和NSE水平与缺血性脑卒中发生及发展密切相关,联合检测有助于缺血性脑卒中的预防及诊断.
