Objective:To investigate the seasons characteristics and occurrence rule of IgA nephropathy. Methods: Analysis of patients with IgA nephropathy in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2003 to December 2010 retrospectively. We collected the information about the general conditions, geographical distribution, trend in hospital, admission date. The peak phase of incidence of IgA nephropathy was calculated by using circular statistical analysis. Results: The average peak phase of incidence of IgA nephropathy in Sichuan was spring, summer, autumn. Conclusion: There is significant relationship between the incidence of IgA nephropathy in Sichuan and climatic factors and rainfall, providing theoretical basis for prevention and control of diseases.%目的:探讨在四川地区华西医院IgA肾病的四季发病特征和规律.方法:回顾性分析2003年1月～2010年12月间在华西医院住院的IgA肾病患者的一般情况、地域分布、就诊趋势、入院日期等临床资料,用圆形分布统计分析IgA肾病的住院高峰日期.结果:IgA肾病的就诊人数逐年增加,四川地区的IgA肾病存在住院高峰月份,平均高峰日为6月12日,平均住院高峰期为春夏秋季节.结论:推测本地区IgA肾病住院高峰与降雨量和气候因素的变化有关,为疾病的预防提供依据.
