慢性乙肝病毒携带者肝脏剪切波速度与肝纤维化病理分级的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨彩色多普勒显像、肝剪切波速度评价肝纤维化的价值.方法:观察208例HBV携带者和88例健康对照者的肝脏剪切波速度值.结果:208例HBV携带者不同分组之间剪切波速差异具有统计学意义,肝剪切波速与肝纤维化病理分期呈正相关.结论:肝剪切波速是一项新颖、无创、快速和较客观诊断HBV携带者肝纤维化的方法,能为HBV携带者的治疗及疗效评价提供科学依据.%Objective:To investigate the value of the evaluation of liver fibrosis by color Doppler imaging,liver shear wave velocity.Methods:Liver shear wave velocity was observed in 208 cases of HBV carriers and 88 healthy subjects.Results:Shear wave velocity had a statistically significant difference between the different groups of liver disease.Liver shear wave velocity were positively correlated with liver fitbrosis stage.Conclusion:Liver shear wave velocity is a novel,non-invasive,fast and more objective diagnosis methods of HBV carriers liver fibrosis,and can provide a scientific basis for the treatment of hepatitis B virus carriers and treatment evaluation.
