利用组织芯片技术研究SHIP2蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

     

摘要

目的:研究SH2域肌醇磷酸酶(SHIP2)蛋白在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达,探讨SHIP2蛋白表达与肝癌病人5年生存率之间的关系.方法:利用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学技术检测原发性肝细胞肝癌及其相应癌旁肝组织中SHIP2蛋白的表达情况.结果:SHIP2阳性表达率在肝细胞癌组织中显著高于癌旁肝组织(x2 =6.7200,P<0.01),在5年中死亡肝细胞癌患者SHIP2阳性表达率显著高于5年存活患者(x2 =6.857,P<0.01).结论:SHIP2在原发性肝细胞癌中有着更高的表达,是反映肝细胞癌预后不良的一个因素.%objective:To research the expression of SHIP2 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and explore the relationship between SHIP2 protein expression and 5 years of survival rate in the liver cancer patient.Method:tissue microarray and Immunohistochemistry were used to determine the expression of SHIP2 protein in HCC tissues and normal liver tissue adjacent to carcinoma.Result:positive expression rate of SHIP2 protein in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that of liver tissue adjacent to carcinoma(x2 =6.7200,P < 0.01);positive expression rate of SHIP2 protein of death in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma patients is significantly higher than survival About in 5 years of survival rate(x2 =6.857,P <0.01).Conclusion:That SHIP2 protein has a higher expression in HCC Is a factor reflects the poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
