Objective To establish the quality standard of Dasimabao Pills. Methods Radix Aucklandiae, Lac Lacca, Hooker winghead root, Radix Et Rhizoma Rubiae and Benzoin were identified by TLC. The content of gallic acid in Dasimabao Pills was determined by HPLC. Results The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The linear range of gallic acid was 0.485-4.850 ng (r = 0.999 3). The average recovery was 99.31% and RSD was 1.12% (n=9). Conclusion The method is accurate and convinient, with good specifity and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Dasimabao Pills.%目的 建立达斯玛保丸的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中木香、紫草茸、翼首草、藏茜草、安息香进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定诃子中没食子酸的含量.结果 薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,阴性无干扰;没食子酸在0.485 ～4.850 μg内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为99.31%,RSD=1.12%(n=9).结论 本方法准确、简便、专属性强、重复性好,可用于达斯玛保丸的质量控制.
