山西产酸枣仁药材HPLC-DAD-ELSD指纹图谱及聚类分析

摘要

目的 建立山西产酸枣仁药材HPLC-DAD-ELSD指纹图谱并进行聚类分析,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法.方法 采用HPLC-DAD-ELSD串联技术,建立12批山西不同产地的酸枣仁药材中黄酮类和皂苷类化合物指纹图谱共有模式,并采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"软件进行数据处理,以共有峰与对照峰的比值进行聚类分析.结果 该方法对酸枣仁药材中黄酮类、皂苷类成分均有良好的分离,一次进样同时测定了两类不同成分的指纹图谱.结论 该指纹图谱研究及聚类分析方法可用于控制酸枣仁药材质量.%Objective To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint and effective quality control of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from Shanxi province. Methods HPLC-DAD-ELSD series technique was used, and the mutual model was established depending on twelve Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples from different growing areas in Shanxi. The software Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Material Medical was applied to analyze. Samples was clustered using principal component analysis based on the ratio of characteristic peaks and standard peak. Results The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, and simultaneous determination of the two different components in one sample injection. Conclusion The method is workable to control the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
