辛热示例药对正常大鼠基础代谢及内分泌系统的影响

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of pungent-hot herb decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Cortex Cinnamomi Aconite and Rhizoma Zingiberis on basal metabolism and endocrine system of normal rats. Methods SD rats were divided into two groups. The control group was given 4 mL water and the experimental group was given 4 mL pungent-hot decoction by intragastric admirustration for consecutive 9 weeks. Blood was collected from abdominal vein after anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 2% pentobarbital sodium. Serum GLU, TG, TC, TP, ALB, LDH, LAC levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and serum E2, T, COR, T3, T4, TSH levels were determined by radio-immunity. Results Serum TG, TC, TP, LAC, LDH levels were significantly increased in experimental group, while COR, E2, T, T3 levels were significantly lowered. The other parameters were not changed significantly. Conclusion The basal metabolism rate was accelerated and the endocrine system was inhibited after given pungent-hot herb decoction for 9 weeks. These changes may be associated with expression characteristics of pungent-hot herbs, however, the specific mechanism needs further study.%目的 以附子、肉桂、干姜为辛热示例药,观察三药合剂对正常大鼠基础代谢及内分泌系统的影响,综合评价辛热药性的表达特征.方法 正常大鼠灌服附子、肉桂、干姜(1:1:1)配伍200%水煎液,4 mL/只,连续给药9周,2%戊巴比妥钠麻醉后,腹主静脉取血,分离血清,全自动生化仪检测血清物质能量代谢指标A(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醉(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿酸(UA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸(LAC),放免法检测血清内分泌系统指标[皮质醉(COR)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T2)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)).结果 中药组血清中TG、TC、TP、LAC、LDH 明显升高,而COR、E2、T、T3含量明显降低;其他指标变化不明显.结论 示例辛热药给予正常大鼠9周后,基础代谢加快,内分泌系统功能抑制,可能与辛热药性表达特征相关,具体机制有待进一步探讨.
