调经化瘀丸质量标准研究

摘要

目的 建立调经化瘀丸的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对香附、当归、川芎进行定性鉴别.采用高效液相色谱法测定赤芍中芍药苷,YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果 薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性无干扰.芍药苷在0.15～1.50 μg范围线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.4%,RSD＝1.1%.结论 该方法 简便快速,结果 准确,重复性好,可有效控制调经化瘀丸的质量.%Objective To set up the quality standard for Jubanzhizhu Pill. Methods Rhizoma cyperi , Radix rnangelicae and Rhizoma chuanxiong were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in Tiaojinghuayu rnPill was determined by HPLC. YMC-Pack ODS-A column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the rnmobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14∶86). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.rnThe dectecting wavelength was 230 nm. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear, well-separated,rnwithout interference of negative sample. Paeoniflorin showed a linear relationship within the range of rn0.15－1.50 μg (r ＝0.999 8). The average recovery was 96.4%, and RSD＝1.1% (n＝6). Conclusion This rnmethod is simple, feasible, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to improve the quality standard of rnJubanzhizhu Pill.
