Objective To establish an analytical method for fingerprint of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces by HPLC. Methods Thermo C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with methanol-0.3%phosphoric acid in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and the temperature was 40 ℃. The similarities of the 15 batches of samples were compared by similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results Based on the fingerprints of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces, 8 common peaks were identified. The similarities were all more than 0.9 among all batches. 15 batches can be divided into three categories. Conclusion The method is simple and steady. It provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces.%目的:建立青皮饮片的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法采用Thermo C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。分别采用相似度评价、聚类分析和主成分分析等方法,对所收集的15批次青皮样品进行系统分析与归类。结果根据指纹图谱确定了8个共有峰,相似度均大于0.9。可将15批不同产地的青皮饮片分为3大类。结论该方法简便可靠,可为青皮饮片的质量控制和评价提供依据。
