急性腹泻患儿空肠弯曲菌血清学和生物学分型

Campylobactor jejuni strains were isolated and typed from the stool specimens of acute diarrheal children by the Lior's serotyping and biotyping methods during the period from Dec.1984 to Nov.1985.Among serotyped 139 strains.115 strains were typable;5 were agglurinated by two or more monovalent antisera;4 reacted only with the polyvalent antisera and 15 were not agglutinated at all.Types 4 and 1 predominated in these strains iso]aled from our patients in Shanghai area.Meanwhile,111 of 139 strains were biotyped.These strains belong to Campylobactor jejuni biotype Ⅰ and Ⅱ,Campylobactor coli Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and Campylobactor lejuni I.The strains of rapid H2S positive and Campylobactor laridis were not observed in this study.Both serotyping and biotyping methods were also compared with each other.%1984年12月～1985年11月,我们用加拿大Lior近年提出的血清学和生物学分型技术,系统观察了我院急性腹泻患儿空肠弯曲菌血清和生物型别分布情况.139株血清学分型的菌株中,115株能为我们使用的抗血清分型,其余24株分别出现了不凝集,与二种以上单价抗血清和仅同多价抗血清凝集.Lior血清型4和1可能是上海地区主要流行株.血清型别的分布似乎和季节无关.139株中的111株同时进行了生物学分型,结果提示:本地区引起小儿急性腹泻的空肠弯曲菌主要为弯曲菌空肠亚种生物Ⅰ、Ⅱ工亚型和结肠亚种生物Ⅰ、Ⅱ亚型,并以前者最多见.本工作中未发现快速硫化氢反应阳性菌株和最近被认识的耐嗪啶酸嗜热弯曲菌--弯曲菌Laridis.我们还对二种分型方法进行了比较和评价.
