前列腺炎患者与健康人群的血清睾酮、雌二醇水平的临床比较

摘要

目的:为探讨血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)在前列腺炎中的应用价值,方法:用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定60例健康体检男性,56例前列腺炎患者T、E2水平.结果:前列腺炎组的T、E2水平与对照组健康人群比较有差异(P＜0.05).T/E2比值前列腺炎组与对照组比较存在差异(P＜0.05).结论:前列腺炎的患者存在不同程度激素水平下降,T/E2比值变化明显,雄激素下降水平较雌激素下降水平更加明显.为进一步前列腺疾病的研究和治疗提供临床依据和新的研究方向.%Objectives:To investigate the value of serum testosterone and estradiol in patients with prostatitis.Methods:The enzyme league immunoassay (ELISA) was used for determination of testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) levels in 60 healthy people and 56 patients with prostatitis.Results:Difference in the levels of T and E2 was significant between the prostatitis group and control group,P ＜ 0.05.The differences in the T/E2 between the two groups was significant,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion:Patients with prostatitis are with varying levels of decrease in hormone levels and changes in T/E2 ratio,and decrease in androgen is more significant than estrogen,which provides clinical basis and new research direction for the research and treatment of prostatitis.
