目的:探讨剖宫产手术并发症对产妇未来生殖健康与性功能的影响.方法:本次研究的对象均为2014年12月至2015年12月来我院就诊的剖宫产手术并发症患者,共50例,将其作为实验组,同时选取同时期来我院就诊的剖宫产手术没有发生并发症的患者50例作为对照组,对两组的生殖健康和性功能进行调查分析.结果:实验组患者在产后3个月、6个月和9个月的FSFI评分分别为(20.6±1.3)分、(24.4±1.6)分和(29.3±2.2)分,产后3个月和产后6个月的FSFI评分明显低于对照组,但是在产后9个月的FSFI评分与对照组比较无差异,组间比较差异不具统计学意义(P＞0.05);实验组在产后3个月恢复性功能的比例为60.0％,明显低于对照组的72.0％,6个月和9个月的比例分别为86.0％和100.0％,与对照组相比无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:剖宫产手术并发症对产妇产后3个月的性功能评分以及性功能恢复造成影响,但是在产后9个月,性功能基本恢复正常.%Objectives:To investigate impact of cesarean delivery complications on maternal reproductive health and sexual function of puerpera in the future.Methods:50 patients receiving cesarean section surgery with surgical complications in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as experimental group,and at the same time 50 patients receiving cesarean section surgery but with no complications in our hospital were selected as control group.The reproductive health and sexual function of two groups were investigated.Results:The FSFI scores of experimental group at postpartum 3 months,6 months and 9 months were respectively (20.6 ± 1.3),(24.4 ± 1.6) and (29.3 ± 2.2).FSFI scores of postpartum 3 months and 6 months were significantly lower than these of control group.But FSFI scores of postpartum 9 months had no difference compared with control group (P ＞0.05).The recovery proportion of sexual function in experimental group in postpartum 3 months was 60.0％,which was significantly lower than that of control group (72.0％).The recovery proportion of sexual function in experimental group in postpartum 6 months and 9 months were 86.0％ and 100.0％ respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The cesarean delivery complications can affect maternal sexual function scorein postpartum 3 months.But in postpartum 9 months,the sexual function of patients will recover.
