小茴香挥发油环糊精包结物的研制

OBJECTIVE To elucidate the inclusion effect of foeniculum oil andβ-Cyciodextrin(β-CD) in different proportion, and heat stability.METHODS Using grinding method to determine foeniculum oil-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes with diffrernt proportion, and then to determion recovery of the complexes.The stability wsa tested at 50 ℃ in an oven.RESULTS Recovery of inclusion complexes of five different proportion(oil:β-CD:1∶10,1:12.5,1∶15,1∶18,1:20 ml·g-1)were 73.56%, 85.83%,91.20%, 92.18% 92.85%,respetively.CONCLUSIONS The best proportion of the oil andβ-CD is 1∶15.%目的：探讨小茴香挥发油与不同比例β-环糊精（β-CD）包结的效果和规律，以及包结物的热稳定性。方法：用研磨法制成包结物，用常规方法测定包结物回收率，以电热干燥箱加热至50℃，测定其热稳定性。结果：小茴香挥发油与β-CD5种不同比例（1∶10，1∶12.5，1∶15，1∶18，1∶20）包结物的回收率分别为73.56%，85.83%，91.20%，92.18%，92.85。含1.25ml挥发油的包结物经70℃168h干燥后回收其挥发油的体积为1.02ml。结论：用研磨法进行包结时小茴香挥发油与β-CD之比（ml·g-1）以1∶15为宜，并且包结物的热稳定性良好。
