高效液相色谱法测定阿昔洛韦滴眼液的含量

OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for the determination of aciclovir eyedrops was established.METHODS The mobile phase consisted of methanol-warter (40∶60). The detection wave length was 254 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 6～32 μg·ml-1(r＝0.9992). The average recovery was 100.8%(n＝5) with RSD of 1.0%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate.%目的：采用HPLC测定阿昔洛韦滴眼液的含量。方法：流动相为甲醇-水（40∶60），检测波长为254nm。结果：阿昔洛韦浓度在6～32μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好，r＝0.9992，平均回收率为100.8%，RSD为1.0%（n＝5）。结论：方法简便，结果可靠。
