OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for the determination of aciclovir eyedrops was established.METHODS The mobile phase consisted of methanol-warter (40∶60). The detection wave length was 254 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 6~32 μg·ml-1(r=0.9992). The average recovery was 100.8%(n=5) with RSD of 1.0%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate.%目的:采用HPLC测定阿昔洛韦滴眼液的含量。方法:流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),检测波长为254nm。结果:阿昔洛韦浓度在6~32μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9992,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.0%(n=5)。结论:方法简便,结果可靠。
