我国公立医院管办分开改革探索刍议

摘要

以上海、北京、无锡、镇江等地公立医院“管办分开”改革探索为例,聚焦“管办分开怎么看”“管办分开怎么办”两个核心问题进行讨论和分析,对“管办分开”的定义和分类、新建办医主体的职能定位等进行了归纳,为下一步的深化改革提供参考.%Focusing on the efforts on governance and administration separation made in Shanghai,Beijing,Wuxi and Zhenjiang,the paper discussed how to evaluate and how to practice such a reform at public hospitals.Authors tried to define and classify the reform and summarize the functions and roles of the hospitals,offering insights for further reforms.
