1990～1999年北京市友谊医院社区老年人死因分析及健康教育对策

摘要

目的 了解1990～1999年间北京市友谊医院社区老年人的死因并提出健康教育对策。方法 从派出所取得社区老年人死亡资料，由医院专业人员进行统计。结果 本社区老年人的前三位死因为心血管病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病。结论 针对已查清的主要死因，应开展社区医疗服务和家庭健康教育，并利用各种渠道普及医学知识。%Objective To understand the cause of death among elderly in thecommunity of Friendship Hospital, Beijing and put forward relevant health education strategy.Methods Relevant materials were obtained from the Tiaoqiao Police Station and analyzed by the professionals of this hospital.Results The first three main causes of death are cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, and cerebrovascular diseases.Conclusion In the light of the revealed main causes of death a strategy of community medical service, family health education and publicizing of medical knowledge by different channels was put forward.
