Disclosed is a system for providing early diagnosis of a cognitive disorder and a community care matching service, the system comprising: medical institution servers connected to each other via a communication network and receiving personal information of a user and an input value according to a mini mental state examination (MMSE); a management server for evaluating the input value received from the medical institution server by using a cognitive disorder examination algorithm to classify the user as being in a normal group or a cognitive decline group, when the user is classified as being in the normal group, providing an examination result report to the user in the normal group and guiding a future examination schedule and a prevention program, when the user is classified as being in the cognitive decline group, providing the examination result report to the user in the cognitive decline group and guiding a subsequent diagnosis examination, providing a subsequent diagnosis examination result report to the user during the subsequent diagnosis examination of the user, and guiding a treatment program according to a subsequent diagnosis examination resu and a user terminal including a user terminal display unit.
