Objective To investigate changes and problems in rights and demands of sexual and reproductive health among young migrants. Methods According to RAP Regulations of the Netherlands, qualitative investigations were carried out by personal interviews and focused group discussion (FCD) among young migrants, parents and the professionals. Results There were an increasing number of young migrants who had non-marital sex. Most professionals (17/22) thought young migrants had instable sexual attitude, and lacking of responsibility and awareness of self-protection. On the other hand, young migrants (30/36) and their parents (20/22) thought that there was no direct path for getting sex related information. Additionally, social and cultural forbidden also were barrier for young migrants to reach the appropriate knowledge and service. Conclusion Correct sexual attitude and open social environment are useful to improve sexual and reproductive health among young migrants. Rights to know the facts, utilization service and protection are key components of constructing the framework for health education activities among young migrants.%目的 了解流动青年在性与生殖健康权利与需求方面的变化及存在的问题.方法 以荷兰权利、接受和参与(RAP)原则为指导,分别对流动青年、家长和专家采取个人访谈和专题小组讨论(FGD)方法开展定性研究.结果 流动青年非婚性行为呈增长趋势；多数专家(17/22)认为流动青年性观念不够稳定,权利责任和保护意识存在缺失；多数流动青年(30/36)和家长(20/22)认为缺乏直接交流获取渠道,社会文化禁忌成为流动青年寻求知识和服务的障碍；结论 培养正确健康的性观念,营造宽松正常对待性行为的社会环境.以自主决定权为核心,包括知情、服务、保护权在内,构筑性与生殖健康教育和服务理论框架体系.以流动青年参与为主体,变干预为参与互动.
