北京市西城区部分中学生网络成瘾行为调查

         

摘要

Objective To study the current situation of internet addiction disorder (IAD) among middle school students of Xicheng District in Beijing, and provide theoretical basis for the prevention of internet addition disorder. Methods A self-adnurustered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1939 middle school students of Xicheng District in Beijing. Results There were no significant statistical differences between male and female students (P > 0. OS). The total IAD rate of the students was 11. 2% , 11.8% in boys while 10.6% in girls. There were no significant statistical differences between the key junior middle school and general junior middle school students, the P value is more than 0. OS. The IAD rates of the key junior middle school and general junior middle school were 7.4% and 10. 3%. There were no significant statistical differences between the key senior middle school and general senior middle school students as well, the P value is more than 0.05. The IAD rales of the key senior middle school and general senior middle school were 11.6% and 14. 8%. However, the IAD reported rates of junior middle school, senior middle school and vocational senior school students were 8.2% , 7.4% and 10.3% , respectively, which indicated statistical differences ( P < 0.05). The IAD self-reported rates of the poor grades students and good grades students were 17.8% and 9.3% ( P <0.05 ) , respectively. Furthermore, multivariate logistic regression results showed that single parent family was an influencing factor with IAD a-mong junior middle school students. The results also revealed that poor grade was highly correlated with IAD among senior middle school and vocational senior school students. Conclusion In order to prevent and reduce IAD among middle school students, it is essential to guide students using internet properly. Primary preventive intervention on IAD should be applied according to the features of different student groups.%目的 了解北京市西城区部分中学生网络成瘾行为现况,为预防青少年网瘾的发生提供理论依据.方法 对北京市西城区部分学校初一到高三年级学生1939名进行集体匿名自填问卷调查.结果 北京市西城区部分中学生的网络成瘾自报率为11.2%,其中男生为11.8%,女生为10.6%,男女生间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).初中生网络成瘾自报率为8.2%,其中重点学校初中生为7.4%,普通学校初中生为10.3%,普通初中和重点初中学生网络成瘾自报率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高中生网络成瘾自报率为13.1%,其中重点学校高中生为11.6%,普通学校高中生为14.8%,普通高中和重点高中学生网络成瘾自报率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);职高学生网络成瘾自报率为17.3%,初中、高中、职高学生间网络成瘾自报率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).学习成绩差学生网络成瘾自报率(17.8%)>成绩中等以上的学生(9.3%)(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归结果显示单亲家庭是初中生网络成瘾的危险因素;学习成绩差是高中和职高学生网络成瘾的危险因素.结论 应根据学生群体的不同特点进行有针对性的预防性干预,引导学生科学合理使用网络,防止和降低网络成瘾行为的发生.
