2012年河南省居民健康素养调查结果分析

摘要

目的：了解河南省居民健康素养水平，为制定有针对性的健康素养干预策略提供依据。方法2012年10—12月，采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法，随机抽取河南省12个县区15～69岁常住居民3621人进行问卷调查。结果经加权调整后，河南省居民健康素养具备率为6．6％；基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本健康技能素养的具备率分别为20．3％、9．9％和8．1％；科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息素养的具备率分别为33．7％、17．8％、8．3％、47．6％、9．5％和10．1％。结论河南省居民健康素养水平较低，应大力开展健康教育和健康促进工作，普及健康素养相关知识，提高居民的健康素养水平。%Objective To investigate the health literacy level of residents in Henan Province,and provide scien-tific supports for developing intervention strategies of health literacy.Methods Multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used,3621 residents aged 15 to 69 years old from 12 counties in Henan Province were investigated.Results The gen-eral health literacy rate among residents of Henan Province was 6.6%.The proportion of residents with basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health related skills was 20.3%,9.9% and 8.1% respectively.Scientific health view literacy,infectious disease prevention literacy,chronic disease prevention literacy,security and emergency lit-eracy,basic medical literacy and information acquisition and application literacy was 33.7%,17.8%,8.3%,47.6%, 9.5% and 10.1%,respectively.Conclusion The overall level of health literacy was low among residents in Henan Prov-ince.The government should pay more attention on health education and promotion and spread health literacy-related knowl-edge to improve the health literacy level of all the residents.
