北京市通州区中学生尝试吸烟现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To understand the smoking status and its influencing factors among middle school students in Tonghzhou District in 2013.Methods During 2013 April to May,two-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used,anonymous self-administered questionnaires were distributed among 836 students in 7 middle schools in Tongzhou District.Results In Tongzhou District,the attempting smoking rate of middle school students was 23.0％,the attempting smoking rates of junior high school,high school,and vocation high school respectively were 13.7％,33.5％,30.9％,respectively.The attempting smoking rate of boys was 35.5％,the girls'was 12.6％,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The risk factors of attempting smoking were friend smoking (OR =2.914) and grades (OR =1.752).Conclusion The smoke-free school work should be implemented strictly,and phenomenon of smoking should be completely eradicated.Teaching students how to refuse the first cigarette should be the first thing as the middle school students avoiding to attempt smoking.%目的 了解2013年通州区中学生尝试吸烟现状及其影响因素.方法 于2013年4-5月,采用二阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对通州区7所中学的836名学生进行匿名自填式问卷调查.结果 通州区中学生尝试吸烟率为23.0％;初中、高中和职高尝试吸烟率分别为13.7％、33.5％和30.9％;男女生尝试吸烟率分别为35.5％和12.6％,不同年级、不同性别尝试吸烟率差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).同学吸烟(OR=2.914)、年级(OR=1.752)是尝试吸烟的危险因素.结论 男生、高年级、同伴吸烟的学生要作为重点人群进行教育和干预;把教育学生如何拒绝吸第一支烟,做为避免学生成为尝试吸烟者的第一关口.
