应用基于网络的德尔菲法编制登革热教育游戏的核心信息

摘要

目的 修订、扩充登革热教育游戏的核心信息,为游戏的改进以及后续的知识传播效果评估提供依据.方法 草拟核心信息后建立23人组成的专家库,采用德尔菲法开展2轮电子邮件咨询;咨询期间开放登革热教育游戏预览版的网络入口供专家体验;在第1轮与第2轮咨询之间通过网络即时通讯工具组织专家开展隐名的群组讨论.根据咨询意见修订和扩充核心信息,采用界值法进行筛选,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行描述性分析并计算专家意见协调系数.结果 2轮咨询表回收率均大于95％;虚拟群网络发言专家人数占比为63.6％,专家发言次数中位数为4.5,专家权威系数(Cr)为0.780.经过修订和筛选后,登革热教育游戏的核心信息维度包括3个(ω=0.558,x2=24.536,P＜0.01):传播条件、预防措施、防病意识,核心信息的有“花斑蚊能传播登革热”、“蚊子能从积水里生长出来”等14条(ω=0.401,x2=114.625,P＜0.01).结论 2轮咨询后专家意见较为统一,所得核心信息可备登革热教育游戏的改进以及后续的知识传播效果评估使用.%Objective To revise and expand the embedded core information of an educational video game about dengue,and provide the basis for improving the game and the evaluation of knowledge communication effects.Methods After drafting the core information,a panel of 23 experts has been set up,and 2 rounds of expert consultation using Delphi method have been conducted.During the consultation,an access for preview edition of the game about dengue has been offered so that the experts can experience it.Between the two rounds consultation,the experts have been invited to discuss the divergence anonymously in a virtual group which set up by an instant messaging tool.Absorbing the experts' opinions and suggestions,the core information was revised and expanded,and then was filtered by critical value method.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze descriptive data and the coordination coefficient of the experts' opinions.Results The valid response proportion of the consultation tables in both rounds was more than 95％.The proportion of the experts that discussed divergence in the virtual group was 63.6％,the median of delivering opinion times was 4.5,the expert authority score (Cr) was 0.780.After revisal and expansion,the core information that embedded in the educational video game about dengue comprised 3 dimensions (ω =0.558,x2 =24.536,P ＜ 0.01):condition of transition,preventive measures,awareness of disease prevention;the specific content of the core information,such as "aedes mosquitoes can spread dengue fever","mosquitoes can grow from stagnant water",comprised 14 pieces (ω =0.401,x2 =114.625,P ＜0.01).Conclusion After the consultation,the opinions from the experts were coordinate,the core information can be offered to improve the game and to evaluate the knowledge communication effects.
