高原低压低氧环境对平原健康男青年血像和肾功能影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the impact of low pressure and hypoxia to on renal function among healthy male youth who rapidly entered plateau. Methods A total oi 48 healthy male youth enrolled in the present study. They inhabit Chengdu district before entered Tibet by air. The levels of Scr.Bun UA、GFR and uric micro-albumin at Chengdu region,7th-day and 3Oth-day in Tibet were analysed. Results The levels of Scr、Bun and UA were significantly increased and GFR was significantly decreased at 7th-day and 30th-day on plateau (P<0.05 ,P<0.01 respectively). The level of uric micro-albumin was significantly increased at 7th-day(P<0.01) .although it significantly decreased at 30th-day(P>0.05). Conclusions High altitude hypoxia can damage renal function of healthy male youth who rapidly entered plateau.%目的 了解高原低压低氧环境对快速进入高原的平原健康男青年肾功能影响.方法 选取48例长期居住成都平原地区健康男青年,空运至西藏高原.对比分析所有受试者进驻高原前和进驻高原后第7、30天的血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)以及尿微量白蛋白(uMal)等指标变化.结果 与进驻高原前比较,平原健康男青年急进驻高原第7、30天时,SCr、BUN和UA均显著上升,GFR明显降低(P<0.05、P<0.01);与进驻高原前比较,uMal进驻高原后第7天时显著上升(P<0.01),第30天时回落,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高原低压低氧环境导致平原健康男青年急进入高原早期肾功能有改变.
